Please be aware that next week (October 7- October 11) the hospital will only be open Monday through Thursday from 10am- 2pm. We will be closed on Friday October 11.

THE HOSPITAL WILL BE CLOSED JUNE 22- 26.

Starting 4/20/2026 the office will close between 2pm and 3pm Monday through Thursday.

Dr. Allen will be out of the office 11/14-11/25. Please request rx refills by end of day 11/12. a staff member will be available for preapproved pickups 10am- 2pm during this time.
