A staff member will be available for assistance Monday through Friday 10am- 2pm. Pre-approved prescription pickups will be available during this time. Any prescriptions (including food and online) not requested by 2pm this Thursday June 18th will not be able to be filled until after June 29.

Starting 4/20/2026 the office will close between 2pm and 3pm Monday through Thursday.

Dr. Allen will be out of the office 11/14-11/25. Please request rx refills by end of day 11/12. a staff member will be available for preapproved pickups 10am- 2pm during this time.
